La collana Biblioteca della «Rivista di Letteratura italiana» nasce come approfondimento dei temi trattati nella Rivista di Letteratura italiana e sotto la stessa direzione, accogliendo anche i lavori troppo ampi per essere accolti dal limitato spazio di una rivista.
Si occupa di italianistica a tutto campo (letteratura, linguistica, discipline filologiche) tendendo lo sguardo anche verso il rapporto con altri gruppi linguistici.
L'autorevolezza dei suoi relatori ne garantisce il rigore scientifico.

The series Biblioteca della «Rivista di Letteratura italiana» was created to host in-depth studies on the themes addressed in the journal Rivista di Letteratura italiana, with the same director and editorial board, also allowing publication of works which, for reasons of length, could not appear in the limited space of a journal.
The collection deals with a broad spectrum of issues in the field of Italian studies (literature, linguistics, philological disciplines), and is also open to comparative studies dealing with the other language groups.
The contributions published in the series represent the work of eminent scholars, thus ensuring the scientific rigour of the studies.
